If this expansion scenario plays out and the B12-7 implodes could the left overs that the BE could get start in the 2012 season?

Also with the big 12 tv deal gone would that free up more money for say espn or fox to try and dump that extra cash on the new BE deal?

hard to say, I imagine some of the other contracts will be re worked for more $$ with the extra teams. The BE is going to do just fine no matter what with the new tv deal.
