Time to move on

The real question now is who is a real UC fan and who i just a fan of Bob

I like many love Bob and am very upset about this but Im not going to let that get in the way of my support of my school, nor should any of you alumni or fans

Yes voice your opinion, but why would you stop supporting your school, she wont be here forever and why would you want to damage your school in any way...

Every player who puts on a UC uniform deserves your support, and so does the new coach...CoachD and the football team need you

Life goes on...we will get someone solid...maybe not great...maybe its another 5 years before we are top25 again, but just look back and appreciate having what we had and look forward to having it again...

I sign on this board and everyone wants to start a topic talking about the same thing over and over again...BOB IS GONE...move on...he is here for a while, lets enjoy it, lets cheer

We have a solid squad this year, and we have a chance to do some damage in the tourny...you really never know...who was Bob before he came here...who is to say who we bring in wont be the same

Be a fan of the Bearcats, and support your school...or dont....but either way move on

You finally got what your youthful yet inexperienced mind has thought was the answer to our troubles.

There are many factors here including Bob's limitation on disciplinary actions because of the 5/8 rule. The fact is we are going to take a major hit unless some folks come up with major cash and make absoultely brilliant moves in the next three months. Something history would not lead us to believe they are capable of doing.

Yes Bob is gone, along with the pride and diginity of UC. We have BOT chairs trampling over a proud 16 year legacy in national media outlets and Administrators making false statements about their own basketball program while spending money like druken sailors on shore leave for Pie-in-the Sky aspirations to make UC an Elitist school unattainable to many students who come from backgrounds similar to many of us Alumni.

First things first, we are going no where good until the the Clown Princess is brought down.

The whole reason Nancy and the boys did what they did was because they knew there'd still be suckers out there that would support them. Anyone who gives that school a cent is telling her she was right. I'd sooner donate money to Xavier before I ever gave UC and Nancy Zimpher another cent of my money.

there is a fine line between supporting the team and supporting the ***** who ruined the team. Sure the bball team will be ok this year. but what about after that? How will the new coach be able to recruit under the nazi rule. Any one thinks that the cats will be ok is in a dream world! To stand by and cheer when no one signs, players leave, and the cats have sub .500 records, is something i cannot stomach . Call me fair weather ! I could have tolerated this losing football season,and would have still supported the off year that bball may have next year. I could stand it only because there would be hope for progress in the future . IMO the football team will suffer the most from this zimpher mess ! Why? how much so-so support was given to the fball team because of overwelming support for Huggs bball team .I for one will not support any teams until she is gone! If many of you are not serious about that then it is probably time for me to move on with huggs. I know my silly posts will not be missed. I think i will see whats going on up in oxford. Zimph wanted Huggs out from day one on Campus. Not fair.
She listened to those who are not fans, stupid.
They treated Huggs with such disrespect, unforgivable.
They all lied, criminal.

Any fan can go to any football or basketball game, but you better wear anti-Zimph ******.

Zimph crossed the lines in many ways, but the most burning of which is calling into question the quality of the alumnis education.

Any one of my 3 degrees from UC are far superior and took more effort than her PhD from Ohio State in English. I would like to take her diploma and use it as toilet paper. Unfortunately it would be better suited for the ****** that comes out of her mouth.

Now before I get crucified for making nasty comments, I want everyone to realize, that I am not the spokeman or bully pulpit for the University. She is and she has represented the University in a terrible light, she has angered the alumni and she has to go. There is no compromise.

One question. Is Phil Cox the only member of the BOT that isnt a UC alum? It would make more sense to have alums because they have their universities best interests in hand not just their own.

Easy now, Delhi. I love UC and hate Zimpwhore as much as the next guy. Maybe more. But I'd rather see UC forefeit the DECADE before I gave a dime to eggsavier. Have you seen how their pathetic fans have celebrated this week's activities? Screw them and their pathetic fans. (Not counting the Brew.) At least ville fans have enough sense to realize that UC's loss is not necessarily their gain.

OK...I didn't really mean that. I just meant that's how strongly I feel towards a complete financial boycott of the University and it's BOT members. None of you know me personaly, but me saying I'd give money to Xavier is like a blind man saying he'd give money to a light bulb company.
