Have any of you read Jim Collins book, From Good To Great: Why some Companies Make the Leap . . . And Others Don't?

If you have haven't, it's a good read, and explains very nicely why Zimpher and Vision:21 will fail. Visionary leadership is largely ineffective (harmful) as a useful model of leadership and change.

The sooner that UC gets a leader who genuinely appreciates the institution for what it is, the better.

If I'm not mistaken Zimpher actually has written a book based on her leadership

I think it's called Mein Kampf or something
