Is it Ethical for Buck Niehoff (BOT member) to give Nancy a free penthouse condo? (Edgecliff Point)
I am not an expert, but would it not make more sense for Buck to refrain from engaging in conflicted benefits? Further, what would happen if any of us gave a Bearcat football or basketball player a free condo? I smell unethical behavior here.
