The open position has yet to be filled. Obviously, it's not a big deal yet, but shouldn't we hear something sometime soon if we are going to get someone. Pastner has said in interviews that he may not hire anyone, but I don't know how realistic that would be. Some posters on here have implied that it might already "done" which would also make sense. Any news?
What interview did CJP say he wouldn't hire anyone?
The closest to that I heard was he wasn't in a rush to hire someone, mainly due to the fact that the staff was locked in for the recruiting period and he would find the right fit afterwards.
He upgraded one of the other staff members to the last asst spot for the month of July, but that was temporary.
I recall him saying ,"I don't HAVE to hire anyone"...something like that in an interview at the Finch.
You will probably get more comments on the main board.
Anyway, it is now August and we can get in an expectation mode.
