Altitude Sports in Denver is listed as televising the game on 9/10 at 7pm live. Sounds like a Big East Network syndicated telecast with Bright House Sports providing the home team's production.

Is that 7PM ET or Denver time. If ET thats the normal time of USF games at home
Eastern
USF usually tries to play all their OOC games not picked up nationally at 7pm. I would also assume the UTEP and FAMU games will be at 7pm also.

Bright House Sports channel seems to exist to only grab these games because they black out the feed on ESPN3 or any other outlet with it locally. If you live in the viewing area....in order to watch it....you must either have Bright House as a cable provider, go to the game or go to a sports bar. No Verizon Fios, Direct TV or Dish is going to get it.

Seems to me if you have a provider other than Brighthouse, they would not have ability black out the games, especially those on ESPN3. They can only black out your internet feed if you are on their system. .
Well it happens. I have Verizon Fios.....and I was unable to make one of the OOC games last year. It was on ESPN3 and Bright House Sports......blacked out. ESPN3 said since my ISP was in the blackout region I could not receive the stream.

That's about right. Some of those local games are considered to be exclusive in some markets and enforce an ESPN3 blackout.
To add, the game times for FAMU and Cincinnatti have been confirmed. I think we all knew the Cincy home game was going to be a nooner as the Big East game of the week. The FAMU game on at 7pm on Bright House Sports was also expected.

I am a little surprised the USF-UTEP game was not also announced. I wonder if that means that game might get picked up nationally? Would CBS College Sports have access to that game since there is a CUSA tie in?

Since its a USF home game, it would be part of the Big East TV deal and their TV partners.
What is odd regarding that UTEP-USF game is I have found 2 separate links that show that game scheduled for 8PM but the carrier of the game is not listed. The USF website still shows it as a TBA. The BE Game of the week is set that day with Toledo at SU at noon. Then you have ND - Pitt on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2 TBA and then the LSU - WVU game hasn't been set. I wonder if somehow that USF game got picked up by ESPNU or something like that.

FWIW ESPN has updated most of it's schedules with games it has picked up, including 2 USF games on ESPN and 1 on ESPN2: this is not one that is listed as being picked up as of today .

I don't think it would be on ESPNU if it were an 8pm start time because the SEC is locked into that time slot (7pm ET on ESPNU), except for the week when CBS has a doubleheader of SEC games with a game in primetime. This year that is on October 1st.

If it remains a night game, it might end up being on ESPN3.com exclusively or on Bright House Sports Network/Big East Network.
