Some rich person that doesn't know what to do with his money. Hes gonna wear it to an office party with some of his rich pals thinking it will get a laugh but people on gonna be disgusted and appaled that he would think wearing it was funny. .... and they go outside where he said he found it and there's the real Casey Anthony with her face cut off. Casey is on the ground and crawling in circles looking for her face. Since he doesn't want to give it back, but doesn't want to go to jail either, be buys a Casey Anthony mask on ebay for a million dollars and gives it to her.
