UB's Davonte Shannon signed with the Redskins. Two of our cornerbacks from 2010 are on NFL rosters (Josh Thomas drafted by Dallas, Domonic Cook signed by the Bills) and Shannon was a safety last year. Mike Newton was a safety who graduated after the 09 season and is heading into his second season with the Colts. 4 players from the defensive secondary to the NFL in two years.
