Ball St loses a hell of a football player.

Every new college HC seems it is his job to **** over certain players, to put their stamp on the program. Like an animal pissing in the wilderness marking his own territory. Wishing Eric Williams the best.

NIU05 might want to get the whole story before making a comment like that.

You have no idea what you are talking about.
I know BSU fans don't see this hurting them as it appears that Williams has been a bit of a renegade for a while and has threatened to leave the program before, but IMO this does hurt depth at the RB position quite a bit. Williams also did some wildcat and was effective at that, and I believe he returned kicks if I am not mistaken.

Williams was #33 nationally and #2 MAC in All Purpose Running.
I thought he had a lot of talent. And, he was the Cards best runner. He also fumbled A LOT and in big situations.

As a team that went 4-8 last year, I can't imagine that they will go to 0-11 just because Williams left....
We were also able to actually talk to Eric and get his side of the story. Pretty interesting read...

I don't think you can look at it that way. Would BSU be better than 4-8 this year with Williams? In terms of wins and losses, I only see the difference of a game or two by losing Williams....but who knows?

As for fumbling, it seems that your whole team had that problem last year. I remember Miquale Lewis fumbling the ball into the end zone late in the 3rd Qtr against Toledo. If he didn't fumble he would have scored the game-tying TD. Instead Toledo went on to take a 14 point lead right after that.
