Besides a mens national championship barely 2 months ago, and a widely expected GIGANTIC increase in our television deal?

Its positive news when we have the signed contract, and not a moment before. But I am glad to hear this also.

+1 That is the best Big East news in years! I was refering more to last 30 to 60 days and all the delays and problems happening in that time frame.

I'm really excited about TCU....the one thing we don't have a lot of years is that marquee football program that takes the heat of the rest of the league. IF TCU can come in and be top 10 every year and we can have a few other top 25 teams from among the rest of the conference our national perception will really change...imo

As long as Wilkie's the reporter, there will be NO positive news on the Big East

No the Big East has plenty of good basketball news, but then there is the football news and we had to add TCU to get some!

It will not be easy for them to do this in the BE, regardless of what outsiders may think. If the folks at TCU think so, they may find themselves scratching their heads.
