I got one of those fancy phones with an app that allows me to stream a bunch of FM and AM stations and I'm trying to figure out how I can listen to Sun Belt games. I'm talking football, basketball, baseball, softball, women's basketball or just about any other sport. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I wish they would improve their signal.

So do I.

I love the coverage they give us. The really try and work FAU into all the updates but at night in Boca you cant even hear the damn thing. Streaming is fine, but the actual radio blows at night.

WMRK-FM out of Mongtomery, WVVL-FM out of Enterprise, WOOF-AM out of Dothan, and WHEP out of Mobile stream the games I believe. I'm not sure why WTBF's streaming doesn't work. I've heard that Firefox doesn't support WTBF's stream, but I've tried other web browsers too and they didn't work.
The frustrating thing about ESPN 760 is that it is very strong in the West Palm Beach area and parts north, but can barely be heard at night on the FAU campus. FAU needs to get a Boca/Delray Beach or near Fort Lauderdale station to simulcast the games, especially during basketball season when daylight ends early, causing the stations to power down (so we can hear all of Cuba streaming in).
Stations that carry the Cajuns (espn1420 (all sports), Hot 1079 (football/basketball) and 965 KPEL (baseball) are all available by downloading the radioPup app for iPhone and android.

Don't think you can catch those stations on other apps.

Most radio stations that broadcast sporting events don't stream the games. It's some kind of rights issue.

When it comes to professional sports, yes. Those leagues hold the rights to all broadcasts and understand that they can charge out of market fans for the content.

I've never had an issue getting a stream of an SBC game from their flagship station. I'm unsure how the larger conferences handle this.
ASU Main Stations

Football and Mens Basketball 107.9FM (100,000 watt country music station...)

Womens Basketball 95.9 FM The Wolf

Baseball: Whichever one of our affiliates will have them. This year we had ESPN970am, but you can barely get their singal in Jonesboro at night.

For Football only we have an afilliate last that is fairly nice, indluding a nifty Spanish Language Station in Little Rock that often loses feeds or forgets about games to amusing reactions from our LR Fan base... However LR is usually all Razorbacks all the time, so we'll take whatever we can get down there...
AM 540 for most sports, 104.1 for football
