it could be they're waiting to see if he graduates and is academically eligible before he signs his letter. There has been no talk of him signing anywhere else, so there could be a question about his eligibility. If he was backing out, it's probable that he would have signed with someone else by now. Guess we'll just have to wait. If he doesn't sign, would that mean the Joseph kid would get that scholarship? Guess that's a possibility.
