My fav is the Honey Hot.
I'm told, Central BBQ.
I got some in a box at Kroger recently, (late night, desperate), Asian wings, that were wonderful. I was floored. Go figure.
I'm still waiting to find good wings in Memphis...especially something located in the East Memphis/Germantown/Collierville area.
Wings of Wolfchase is really good. Just north of 64 on Gtown

We tried out Bosses a couple of weeks ago. Not bad, but I wouldn't call it top 5 in Memphis.
Here goes my top 6 list, but I still have some more to try:
1.) Chings
2.) Mister Ps
3.) Crumpys
4.) D'Bos
5.) Rayfords
6.) Belmont
I've been meaning to try the wings at Central and Molly's. Heard they were both incredible. I still miss Don Don's, though.

Mr. P's is swill.
I don't know if it is still there but Allstar's on Cleveland was awesome. I also like the wings at Molly's on Madison, even though it's a Mexican restaurant they are very good. I haven't tried the Tavern's, but their food is good.
