UT Lady Rockets defeated Syracuse 71-68 in OT today to advance to the WNIT Final Four. I believe they play Charlotte in their semifinal game.
Toledo will host Charlotte in their semifinal game on Wednesday at 7pm. I believe attendance for today's game at Savage Arena against Syracuse was 5,001.
Congrats to the lady's and show Charlotte this is a league to be reckon.
10th largest attended game in UT women's history. Game will be at 8pm, and televised nationally on CBS College Sports (for whoever has that!)

time is off but oh well, people should come early anyways.
I hope Toledo wins it. It can do nothing but help the MAC. It ill make it all the more sweet beating them next year. In sports I always want a strong rival. Its no fun beating up bad teams. The MAC is improving in women's BBall. I just hope we can begin to see the same improvement on the men's side.

Will Miller still be coaching BG? Will Cullop still be coaching UT? Will BG lose 4 starters? Will UT replace their All-MAC center with...a former All-MAC center? Will the game be played in Savage before about 4,000 rabid UT fans (no, seriously-some of the people ARE rabid)? Good luck with that win, Siborg but don't bet the farm.
-Toledo will have played 5/6 extra games than BG this year, so experience will all be there.
-Naama has owned BG and they have not found a way to stop her yet.
-Toledo loses 2 while BG loses 4
-Cullop is back, Miller may not be
-Savage Arena will sell out tomorrow vs. Charlotte and expect 6k for the BG game next year.
I think BG is the team you should be worrying about being good next year, because our puzzel pieces return, all we have to do is put them back together.
Both Miller's and Roos' contracts were extended to 2016 earlier this season.
It's possible he'd jump ship, but I honestly don't see it coming.

And honestly I don't know what to expect from BG's team next season. Our Duke transfer might light up the stage, but we are replacing 4 starters so anything can happen.

Honestly if I were Toledo I'd be more worried about EMU right off the bat.

But first you've gotta win the WNIT!

Our seasons been a major success reguardless if we win the WNIT, although it would be tremendous. I have high expectations for us next year. The MAC west will be tough with EMU, even NIU having some returning talent next year (Marquee Freeman?). I think CMU graduates their good players, they'll still be in the hunt tho.
