Okay one week from today we will be playing (argueably) the biggest game of the year. I know you all are aware of this. It is time to focus our attention on Memphis. We have had a rough(to put it lightly) year so far. But it is not over yet. The NIT is still open, a miracle turnaround might put us in the tourney.
Feburary 8th is going to be a turning point for the UAB blazers. I know this for a fact. Now Im praying its going to be a positive turning point and not a a negative. I know we have an away game at Marshal and that game does matter but, in my opinion, it will not be a turning point like Memphis.
As fans we MUST come out in force, we MUST be loud and we MUST support our Blazers. I know for myself I am bringing family, friends, enemies anybody I can get to come. Call people help fill Bartow. Show them what UAB basketball is all about (see link below) We are going to (hopefully) fill up Bartow and turn it into the loudest place in Alabama. I know I wil scream until my vocal chords hop out of my throat and leave town. Its time to start getting rowdy NOW!!!
Regardless of past losses I still support MY UAB BLAZERS!!!
