Agree on both counts.
What is "a low six figure number"? Is that in low six figure US dollars or pounds? Doesn't spending like this have to be voted on by Congress? That's not the only vague statement, what and who is spending it and their purpose? Something like a radio free Europe?

This might be a backdoor way to fund NPR since NPR carries the "BBC World Service". 03-shhhh

Wrong question given the current administration. Is this a low six figure of dollars, or a low six figure of millions of dollars?
