These championship games will effect our seeding. Probably no way to get off the 16 line. A bunch of upsets in these games could put us out of the play-in game. I'd probably rather we play that game and get the chance for an NCAA win-

UTSA vs. McNeese (Southland)
Stony Brook at Vermont (America East)
Lafayette at Bucknell (Patriot)
SWAC tournament (semi's tonight)
MEAC tournament (semi's tonight)

Our RPI is better than UTSA, Stony Brook, and Lafayette. There are teams left in the SWAC and MEAC tournaments that are below us as well. Still appears most likely we will be part of the "First Four". I wonder if they actually worry about matching up the best (16 seed) playin team vs. the worst 16 seed, or they just throw us in a pot and pick out the names. If all the favorites win we will be the lowest ranked team. Will the overall #1 seed face the winner of the 2 v 3 16 seeds? With the overall #2 facing the winner of the 1 vs. 4 16 seeds? Really doesn't matter. If we are hot from behind the arc we will beat any #1 seed they throw at us 02-13-banana.

Big West semi's. If Long Beach State gets upset it will impact the 16th seed line in the NCAA tournament.

Bucknell is about to beat Lafayette, just about locking us into the play-in game.
Wasn't it Bucknell that knocked off Stan Heath's Razorback team in the first round of the tournament a few years ago?
Yep!
