I still don't believe it. Feels awfully good.
Heart like I have NEVER seen before! That's how we did it! Those kids NEVER gave up!
Did they play hard, or what? Of course, so did NT. It was just a great game.
UALR 4-0 against NT all time in the SBC tournament.

As I keep saying, you just ripped that one from us. I felt we put you away twice in the last 2 minutes. All kinds of credit to your kids. I hope our Seniors forgive themselves, because I really don't think they folded, but you could tell from the press conference that they felt they did.

Best of luck in the NCAA's.
I wouldn't call that LONG three at the end folding. Could have gone either way. Eight times out of ten it would have gone to NT.

No, they think we folded in that we were up 7 with about 1:40 to go and somehow lost.

I thought you guys lost it when your guard came down the floor with you still up by about three I think, and he was dribbling the ball out in front of him, and got it taken away, he then he fouls our guy. Your team shoots free throws better than about any team I've seen this year, but ya'll missed a big one at the end, and it cost you the game. I've watched our teams do that too many times over the years.

That kind of happened to two of our guards. The first time Josh White had it ripped away when we were up 5. Then Tristan Thompson lost the ball (I don't remember if it was a steal or an errant pass) when were were up 3 and also fouled. But even after that Josh hit that monumental (at the time) 3 to give us what seemed like a winning cushion with 23 seconds.

Sometimes it just isn't your night. It certainly wasn't ours.
North Texas didn't fold in the slightest bit. They played phenomenally well, and they have everything to be proud about.

would agree, NT did not fold. Trojans had more heart! Probably one of the best basketball games i have seen in years. I would say that no matter who won. Great Game.

Someone already gave the answer, but I'll give it again. H-E-A-R-T

That was what I thought was the dagger. He was WIDE open, and D'Andre didn't get over in time, but he was so far back, and you almost would let him have that shot.
