...I've been far too negative about the men's team and the program in general lately. Quitting smoking might have a lot to do with that. I'm going to spend the rest of the year just hoping for the best and having fun watching my favorite team play. Go Trojans!!!

Very commendable and postive attitude. The tricky part is the "having fun watching my favorite team play". I never had a problem in thirty years of supporting this program with having a positive attitude, but the "having fun watching my favorite team play" part has become a problem in the last couple of years. Maybe it's just because I'm getting older, but I'm getting really worn out as a fan and consumer with the paying to see a crappy product part.
We all want to be that way but we have all gotten to the point that things have to go right or go another way.

Thought I noticed you've been a little more negative than usual. I'll be right there with you.

Since you were already a loyal fan when I first joined the Trojan family, it is distressing to hear the dissatisfaction you're expressing. It's one thing for "fair weather" fans to jump off the bandwagon, but when the most loyal supporters like you, LRTrojan and others are so discouraged, it is somewhat disheartening. I think it's time (or maybe past time), that Chris steps in and takes the necessary steps to turn this program around. Although some would disagree, I believe we're much worse than a mediocre program right now. At least in the old TAAC we were a dominating team in what some would call a bad league. We're now one of the worst teams in one of the worst leagues. Doesn't that tell our administration something. This isn't rocket science. For goodness sakes, do what's necessary now. We don't need another year like this one. It could totally destroy what should be a very good mid major program.03-hissyfit03-hissyfit03-hissyfit03-hissyfit03-hissyfit
