Looking for recommendations for security system companies. So far the little bit I've been looking around they all seem to be one of 2 things:

- Free system with only 3 window/door sensors
- Buy your system for hundreds of dollars

We have 9 windows and 3 doors to outfit, so we definitely need a little upgrade from the 3 sensors only. Who uses a security system and who do you recommend? Thanks
I use ADT and have never had an issue with them in over 8 years. I dont know of and have never heard of any company giving 9 door\window sensors for free. Last I looked ADT charged around $80 per window. You could always get a glass break sensor (I have one, it works fine) and when you can afford to get the extra window sensors have them installed later on. You can also have a satalite connection and take your home phone out of the loop so even if someone cuts your phone line your alarm will still work.
Stop Alarms .... +1

local company that has been doing business for over 40 years here in Memphis. No sub contractors in their company. Everyone there is employed by Stop Alarms.

remember you get what you pay for. free systems always cost more in the long run.
Bank's Electric in Collierville. Outstanding company, all Honeywell Products, cannot say enough about them! http://www.bankselectricllc.com
My brother-in-law has worked from this company for years. Great services and support.
