Realtime RPI has the UALR women at #42. Seemed to me that put them in pretty darn good shape for an at-large bid. BTH mentioned they are #59. I checked the NCAA RPI site and that's where they have them, 59th. That's a huge difference and suggests a tourney win might be necessary. MTSU is in better shape- 39th on Realtime; 42nd on the NCAA site. Don't know why there is such a big difference for our girls, but it makes me much less comfortable about there at-large chances. On the other hand, they got in last year with an RPI in the mid to high 50's.
UALR's RPI last year was 57.
We are at 59 now. Even if we win our next three games our RPI will probably move into the 60s because the RPI of our opponents is so lousy. Probably won't get any better unless we beat Middle again. Then it is a moot point.

It's hard to figure the RPI. Beating #319 UNT will almost surely cause it to go up. But winning 5 games to get to the final, even against relatively bad teams, will improve our RPI somewhat. Whether its enough is another question. I really thought we looked better than Middle and can beat them again. But, of course, that was just one game and it was on our home court.

They update quite a bit, and at least every day.

Realtime has conference records wrong, and don't update regularly.

Well, we're even worse in that one- #60, while your girls are #41. It is almost identical to the NCAA site I found. I assume that the NCAA site may be the most valid since they actually use the NCAA logo on that site.
