Didn't get any play by those who of us closely follow FB recruiting but today was the day (10 a.m. - 2 p.m.).

CMU is having their junior day tomorrow.

And I doubt we had anyone with a clipboard, I mean an iPad, walking about the Convo writing down notes "300 lbs OL/DL team jacket Detroit...".

Bottom line: By Monday CMU will be in on maybe dozens of Michigan h.s. juniors and EMU none. 03-melodramatic

The reason, of course, the CMU list will be posted all over the Internet.

EMU's list will be locked in a safe in the football office. 03-melodramatic

BTW, if anyone doubts the effort the staff is putting into this program including 'reaching out' to coaches and h.s. players. 04-bow

Yes, A clinic like that (the one you posted) is a very good thing. However, its so common in college football that I dont think it's newsworthy. If you want to at least pretend your trying to compete, you better believe you should have one.

Agree.

I think my real point is that we do what CMU does, but gets no notice for it.

The CMU Rivals/Scout website operators are all over these kind of events but we have no one.

We have no Tyler Parson or BeatWestern to play Sherlock Holmes.
