to finish 21-5. That would be another great season for Coach Foley's gals. If they finish that way, they would probably be easily in the Top 50, and with any kind of tournament performance, could get another at large invite to the big dance, if they don't win it all. Their win over Georgia Tech last year put us on the map.
I'm left to wonder how you guys would be rated if Chastity Reed hadn't had her early season attitude problems. You guys lost to RPI #119 Southern Miss when Reed only played 12 minutes and RPI #93 Memphis when Reed didn't even make the trip. Win those two games and you are at 15-3. You'd almost certainly be a top-50 RPI squad and possibly be getting votes in the polls. And your chances at an at-large bid would be much improved.
Says a lot about Coach Foley. Teaching life lessons is more important than getting wins. Some coaches are more interested in not losing, and will do whatever it takes to make sure that doesn't happen.
