I hear he's not a lock for TN...Bama maybe? Is CLP involved?

I think someone said he was going to UTK in one of the threads but I'm not a recruiting guy so don't know

Did say Memphis was in the mix so I assume, yes, LP is talking to him. Can't imagine there is any athlete in Memphis he isn't in contact with at this point.

Commercial appeal said this morning that OL Ryan Mack (Louisville Committ) and DB Kevin Green are coming on a visit to UofM. Both are Woodale H.S. FB players and would be AWESOME additions to UofM. Let's hope CLP can turn these two and convince OL Clear that there long-term futures at UofM are much brigher, even after football!!

Clear took a visit to Alabama this weekend. Looked as if Bama was backing off earlier this month though. Memphis is involved, Tennessee looks like the team to beat.

Wineburger is, without a doubt, the dumbest individual I have ever heard utter a word on the public airways. Additionally, he sounds like he is trying to talk with a mouth full of marbles.

That being said, a Memphis commitment from Clear would be a very pleasant and welcome surprise. I am cautiously optimistic about the Tigers signing him and very excited about Porter's success so far with this year's incoming group of new Tigers.

Lots of schools are backing off of Clear. There are some complications with him.

I'm very confident that Clear will be a Vol..and yes he may visit Memphis this week. Porter is a very good recruiter and I hope he turns out to be a good coach for Memphis
