Most of these Dems who continue to blame everything on the policies of the Bush administration were in Congress supposedly "opposing" everything GW tried to do. He couldn't get anything passed because they sandbagged him at every turn. He could only get something passed if he compromised.
Basically, they were running the show and continue to deny that those policies were enacted by the Democratic majority-lead Congress.
