Before the week is out, we'll find out whether or not RR is out... 03-lmfao

Report: RichRod-Michigan meeting imminent
I'd be shocked if they give him another year
I wonder why it's taking so long. Maybe UM is making sure they can get Harbaugh?
I would imagine that's exactly how it was planned, beej. Michigan didn't want to make a move until they got Harbaugh's response, and he wasn't going to talk about it until after the Orange Bowl. I'd say that either Harbaugh, or his top replacement, will be taking the job, and Michigan just wanted to wait to make the announcement of the hire at the same time they jettison RR...
Harbaugh isn't going to Michigan. It's NFL or Stanford.
UM AD will soon make commercials stating his A.D. management sucks...if he wanted to fire or keep RR, he should have done it after the ohio state game. It seems Brady hoke will now be the coach, not a good move in my book. Heck, they should hire the coach that just beat them if they can't get JH
Here's an interesting read. And this guy has it pegged too... 04-cheers
Jim Weber Column: Why Did Rich Rodriguez Fail At Michigan? No Jeff Casteel
RR has been fired. I do wonder if uconn will give him a sniff.
He has been fired, per the FOX affiliate in Detroit.
Hearing Hoke from San Diego St. might be their man.
Espn is reporting RR has just been fired also
I think they should promote Greg robinson to HC :)
Hoke has shown he can win at 2 places where it's incredibly difficult: Ball State and San Diego State. He'd be a good hire by Michigan.
All I have to say is RR better cough up $1 million to WVU out of his buyout... 05-mafia

You know what they say about payback. LOL. |

This guy spurned and embarrased his alma mater and doublecrossed them so that he can be fired 3 years later from Michigan. I hope he has learned a valuable lesson from his actions.
WVU, you can have your coach back. or maybe Pittsburgh?

I doubt it. He's too busy deciding who to blame for his failure...
Had he left WVU with some class he may have had a chance to go back. Imagine wht WVU could have done with Pryor and Devine (and Stanton).

This is too funny. ESPN reports:

"Rich Rodriguez's defenses declined in each of his three seasons as coach. In 2010, the Michigan defense allowed more than 450 yards per game."

You mean to tell me Ol' Greb Robinson didn't have the Mich defense humming. Who could have seen that coming?
I guess Lee Corso is in the big house cause nothing is official. I like mike riley of oregon state for the UM job if/ when rr is canned amusing JH gets a restraining order since i wouldn't take NO from him if i'm the UM AD...maybe i'd offer his brother, John Harbaugh for plan B.
