Middle Tennessee and Miami (Ohio) on Jan. 6 in the Go Daddy.com Bowl.
MTSU has some geographical advantages of ETSU maybe... This school as has been written before started exactly like ETSU...same year, same goals to produce teachers.
Even as late as the seventies...the schools were on the same level athletically.
Now...student census wise...MTSU is the largest in the state...dwarfing even the Big Orange.
There was a time when football was on the rocks in Blue Raider Country... They have stayed the course and their fortunes are beginning to turn. Not only are they going bowling...they are starting to draw crowds.
What MTSU has accomplished could be ETSU right now.
I would like to catch up.
