Believe RB Austin White left UofM. Is he headed for CMU? (EDIT: this is covered in another thread - he is at CMU).

EDIT: There are two Haden brothers who transferred to UT. Brian Nowicki has a thread on it.

Some rumors that QB Cody Kater might leave Cincy (he was a CMU verbal in '09 until he got poached by Butch Jones).

There was an impact LB, Austin Gray, who also left school. He was at Iowa and left before the season started. He was a 3 or 4 star frosh from the Detroit area.

As thoroughly discussed on the EMU board, EMU has two sitout transfers, Mike Marrow from Alabama and Pollard from UCLA. Marrow is a RB and Pollard a DB. Both supposedly have been impressive in practice.
WR Cordale Scott transferred out of Illinois and to Toledo. He sat out this past fall, so he will be eligible in 2011. LB Josh Jordan transferred out of Oklahoma State and to Toledo. He actually took classes at a community college that didn't have a football team this fall to get his associate's degree and be eligible to play right away for Toledo in 2011.
I assume you mean just transfers between D-I schools and not JUCO transfers.

DT Oren Wilson has transferred from Michigan State to Akron. He'll play in 2011.

Yes, I was primarily thinking of players transferring from one D-I school to another.
Don't know if this will bear fruit, but there are things happening in Iowa City, Iowa.

There are some RBs leaving the program including one from Indianapolis.

Think his name is Hampton.

Hopefully he'll get a new start and stay out of trouble. Originally he committed to UCinn and Dantonio took him along to MSU.
There are unconfirmed rumors that Cody Kater is or will enroll at EMU.
Abdul Smith, CB from Rutgers who transferred to Temple. He sat out last season. Probably starts at CB for us.

It's Jewel Hampton...He had an offer from BSU.

Don't know for sure why he left (it wasn't because of the drug thing). He tore his ACL in both knees so may not have been healthy enough to get the PT he wanted.
In the thread below there is reference that Austin Gray (Iowa 3 star LB) might be considering CMU.

CB Romel Dismuke followed Quinn from Cincy to UB this past fall. With our loses in the secondary he will definately provide help in 2011.
D'oubt he is headed to the MAC, but Robert Bolden is beating cheeks out of un-Happy Valley.

Penn State QB originally from the Detroit area.

http://espn.go.com/blog/bigten

"Discouraged enough to seek a transfer from Penn State, according to Bolden's father.

Rob Bolden Sr. says his son has informed Penn State's coaches of his intention to transfer and hopes to get a release from Paterno later this week. "
Cody Kater is going to GRCC and will transfer a year from now.

Bolden has been denied a release from his scholarship by Joe Pa. Hope that one doesn't turn bad.
There might be some transfers out of un-Happy Valley.

Not only is Bolden trying to get out but so is QB Kevin Newsome.

Add the def. coord Bradley is a HC candidate. Happy Valley is ripe with rumors.
Former 3 star safety Vlad Emilien is transferring to Toledo. He transferred out of Michigan in September and was going to enroll at Colorado in January, however when Hawkins was fired he no longer had a scholarship waiting for him at Colorado. Vlad told Scout he talked to UT after their bowl game and has enrolled in classes at UT and will start on scholarship next Monday. He played his high school ball in Florida, I believe somewhere in Plantation, FL.

Correction, Rivals.com had Emilien as a 4 star safety recruit in the 2009 recruiting class.
Safety Rodnell Pierce is transferring from to Akron from Ball State. I believe he will be eligible to play this season because he was greyshirting last year.
