So, today I decided to request a copy of Watson Brown's contract via a Freedom of Information Act request, since the copy on the USA Today Web site is the Athletics Direector contract, and not his current coaching contract.
I received this reply:
We have received your request for a copy of the contract for Head Football Coach Watson Brown. In your request you asked to be notified if the cost for a copy would exceed $5. The cost will be $8 and will be sent via postal mail. Please let me know if you wish to proceed.

I'm trying to decide if I want to spend $8 to have the contract snail-mailed to me. It might after all of this is moot. However, I'm very curious as to what kind of deal he's got.
Does anyone there want to go down to the Gary Mans office and request it? I'll mail you the $8 check. I would like to have it online or faxed ASAP, but they weren't willing to do that.
