How is it that after all these years, we're starting to recruit some, seemingly good big men? What are we doing differently than we have before? I seem to recall MJS saying something like players from foreign countries haven't been brainwashed all their lives by the publicitiy that our BCS schools receive. In the U.S., most kids think they have to play for Kentucky or North Carolina, or Duke if given the chance. I would imagine to a foreign kid, they want an education, and they go where they feel comfortable with the coaches and community. Not so much into brand names.01-lauramac2
Could it be that our coaching staff has found us a niche? How many foreign flags will we be unfurling in the Jack before it is all over. The UN of collegiate basketeball (basquetbol).
