Reading that entire article, Akron is overflowing with confidence. Coach Porter KNOWS this article is bulletin board material. He WANTS it to be. And that's intimidating in itself, as he truly feels the Zips CAN NOT and WILL NOT be beaten. That's pretty heady stuff.

Apparently they're worthy of national coverage where they can spout about 2schools in Mi for soccer and some bull about the dominance of Big10 soccer Indiana at one point maybe, but right now the ACC is the only conference widely recognized for it's dominance, with the PAC10 a distant second. Meanwhile Akron keeps dominating the Big10 year-after-year

From the sounds of it, they think being absolutely dismantled 7-1 might have been a fluke I hope Porter posts that on the Zips Board! But it sounds like he doesn't have to!
