All this is is the writer's OPINIION. There are no FACTS in these predictiosn whatsoever.
The title of this thread is awfully misleading. This article is all speculation. Nothing has happened yet.
I come to a message board and am linked to what an unconnected blogger thinks might happen, I will come away from this reporting what I have learned and my source will be the internet.
In case you didn't see my edit, here it is again.

If Notre Dame goes to the Sun Bowl, you will not see a Big East team in the Little Caesars Bowl as that league would have just enough bowl eligible teams to fill all of its primary obligations. Secondly, I don't see Louisville or the Big East giving up a bowl bid that has the potential of a much better payout than the LCB if UL sold all of its alotted tickets.
I still want to see Miami go to the GoDaddy.Com bowl.

Looks like this will be the case. The New Orleans Bowl selected Troy. . . .

. . . .against Ohio University.

Hearing that Miami of Ohio will be headed to the GoDaddy.com Bowl against Middle Tennessee State.

Looks like the BleacherReport was wrong here. Louisville has accepted the bid to St. Petersburg to face Southern Miss.
Has the Bleacher Report ever been right about something? Seriously.
Man, I was hoping to play Troy if we were headed to the GoDaddy.
