He just said that "at the end, there was less than 3000 going to games at Legion Field".
Says Presser is at "around 4 this afternoon".
He is pretty close to right.
Official turnstyle count for UAB-UTEP was 3,800.
May have been that many, or that lack of many, but his tone was horrible. Scoop is just pissed b/c he and WB don't get along and now Scoop can't get the UAB AD on his show.

By the way, when was the last time that Scoop dogged the UA Basketball program b/c they can't draw at home and they are in the top 10. I find it very funny how everyone wants to bang on programs, but you have a BBall program that is top 10 in the country and gets absolutely NO LOVE.

Probably has something to do with UAT's basketball team routinely being in the top 10 in November, but only once going as far as the Elite Eight, and the Sweet Sixteen very few times. The UAT basketball program is the epitomy of OVER RATED every year.
I agree that they are over rated year after year. However, wouldn't a reputable sports journalist cover a team that is top 10, regardless of what previous years results were? If not, then lets assume that UAB goes out next year and goes 6-0 in the first 6 games, does this mean we get to listen to Bamer stuff for 6 weeks, just b/c we have flopped in previous years. If so, I can't wait till next season.
