is Rothschild worth a damn?

I've seen blogs, NY papers, etc with differing opinions. I saw where his staffs were in the top 5 in the NL in ERA for 6 of his 9 seasons in Chicago.

I'm a Cards fan but I did live there and paid attention. I thought he did well. Ryan Dempster and Ted Lilly seem to be 2 guys he's helped a lot. I'm not sure it will matter a whole lot if the Yanks don't add a decent pitcher, especially if Pettite doesn't come back.
