I only post this since my earlier post was so bold. We may not get all we want tomorrow, but we'll get some. Anybody enjoy kissing your sister?
So we get a new head coach? New assistant coaches? New AD?

The only thing that will make me happy is if Waston is gone.
If Watson isn't gone, then I don't think there is any way I can get part of what I want. It is all or nothing man. If he is still employed by UAB, then I have no intention of continuing my financial support.

Agreed...
gone as HC, I mean.
Baby steps. Someone that's been around as long as Watson will be hard to let go entirely, especially since so many like him as a person. Consequently, we may have to deal with him as AD and if that is the case, I MUCH prefer that to him leading the team as HC. It will take time before Watson and his legacy is gone, but if he steps aside for AD, it's still a major step forward if you ask me.

Can anyone speak to this issue???????? Those of us not in the know are dying here!!!!

That Watson would become AD.
I don't think he wants to be the AD. But I think his choice may be to take the AD, or have to make changes on the coaching staff he does not want to make.

That doesn't make any sense. If he takes AD, then the entire staff might me canned. In that case, the same results may occur, just by someone else's hand.

What makes sense with Watson?
In the end, perhaps it's take AD for now or not have a job ...
And if he takes AD, he can find jobs for people, and yes, make sure some of them are retained.

It also makes sense financially for UAB. We don't have to buy out his contract.
