these guys hide, duck and weave. they cannot run the program at the univuhsity. how can we expect them to make our program progress? moore was there during the dumbo, franchione, price, shula, probation etc, etc and is still there. with all of the resources these guys can't make that work. the good ole boy network is still strong. my feeling is that watson is right in there with them?

That may be the first time anyone's ever mentioned a UAB coach in the Bammer "good old boy network."
What I find interesting is that a couple of years ago, when Auburn went behind Tuberville's back to talk to Petrino, there was all kinds of media outcry about how Auburn should not be out looking for a coach when they have someone on the job.

However, it appears Bama has done the same thing, contacting Saban and others before Shula was fired. No one has said a word about it.

Double standard.
pjb was at practice a few weeks ago. that was strange. malfunction is comparable to government employee. i am afraid watson is in similiar situation. they have job for life.

Scoop and Kelly were saying today that UAT screwed up by not having someone already lined up.

Yes, you are right. But there's a difference. Auburn got caught.

And it's Bama Football. All rules are out except for winning.
