forgive us for having one bad game against a solid mid-major team. i guess you can just write us off now and then your team can take over...oh wait...yours is the team who's been blasted out of the gym in both of its games. ok, i understand now why you're talking smack.

Seriously didn't intend it to be smack- just saying you all have been saying OU should be very good, you won the MAC tourney last year and represented well against Georgetown in the NCAAs. God knows, Toledo fans haven't had anything to talk smack about for years unless its women's cross country. I was surprised to see the result though and I don't think it bodes well for the MAC OOC schedule because I really think OU is probably the class of the conference.

point taken and i apologize for flying off the handle like that. the wound from last night is still fresh. yes, it was a game we should have won (we were favored by 7.5 points). unfortunately, with a young team, you get nights like that when they start off cold (shooting 7% from the field at one point in the first half) and things just go downhill from there.

i definitely think the team will learn from this and bounce back. we have a legitimate shot at winning our two games next week against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Valparaiso before heading off to Las Vegas to face Kansas (yikes!). then, we have a December schedule that will hopefully allow us to made some good strides in our ability heading into January where we have to start off the MAC against Miami, Akron, and Kent State...a MAC Murderer's Row!

don't give up on us yet!

Hey, I'm a UT basketball fan-I'mnothing BUT fresh wounds held loosely together by healing wounds. 03-weeping
