Don't get rid of Hillis and play Manningham or try to just trade for a decent WR for Blount.

Well Manningham isnt evena starter and is the #3 WR for the Giants. he only had a big game last night because Steve Smith was out. The team looking to trade is interested in Blount but the only player on his team worth having IMO is White. Im willing to overpay slightly because White has a proven pedigree for success while Hillis is still overachieving. Hillis has also never seen this amount of work and this is only the midway point of the season.
i'd have to think that even in a PPR league RB's have to be pretty valuable. I wouldn't depend on MJD solely as a stud RB. Mike Wallace and Andre Johnson are obviously very reliable so why gain a WR who is recently injured for a STUD RB?

Fred Taylor practiced this week and should be available soon for the Pats. IMO, BGE is already a risky play and gets even riskier when Taylor returns. Also, Torain is the starter, but he might lose touches to Keiland Williams tonight and more than likely will split carries when Portis returns (more than likely next week). Point being, Torain and any Redskin RB is going to be an iffy start when Portis returns.

I wouldn't do the trade. Already have studs at WR and the trade off at RB isn't close to worth it.
I wouldn't get rid of Hillis homefry ... just can't do that this season.
Hillis is one of the few 20+ carry back in the league. Don't get rid of him...you have good WR depth as well and you should be fine with that. Once you give away Hillis and Blount, you only have 2 RBs that you can start, MJD and Torain. Once DW comes back, Goodson's useless. You can't also assume Torain can stay injury free. You have good RB depth but I think you need it.

A good RB is harder to find than a good Wide Receiver overall in fantasy football and with the timeshare most running backs get on most teams, I would not do the trade. I have Roddy White and agree with the previous poster it is okay to overpay for him a little, but the rest of the trade does not make sense. Seatlle offense is too inconsistent to play him on a regular basis, but I would rather play him only depending on his matchups.
Yep, either play Manningham or try to get to WR that is safer than SEA Mike Williams. Try to avoid Saints receivers. The way Brees spreads the ball, you might get lucky on, say, Lance Moore 2 weeks the rest of the way then he'll be non-existent the rest of the way as Brees keys on Colston, Henderson, or Meachem. Plus, with Reggie coming back soon, Moore won't have his PR point opportunities.

Rob

I wouldn't do that. You're going to lose Torain's value when he starts losing carries to Portis. Also having both New England backs together will probably net you the same as only starting Hillis. Lance Moore is too inconsistent to be a starter so you're really giving up 3 guys you could be starting for 2 in return. The only change I would make would be starting Mike Williams TB over MW Seattle.
It would be hard to pass up the opportunity to add Roddy White.
Lance Moore has had a few good weeks because he's taken Bush's spot in the passing game...he's about the lose that. I wouldn't be interested in him unless you need the numbers to even out.
BGE is a good add and I think his numbers will go up the more NE adjusts to life without Moss.

I think you're giving up more than you're getting, but I'm not sure I wouldn't do it. White and Johnson should lock down your receiving BGE is probably somewhere between the two RBs you'd give up...but you're not really using Blount anyway. I would be concerned about Torain and his value for the rest of the season.
U don't make the trade. Hillis is an absolute fantasy stud anyway you score it. He is the only back used. Also Mike Williams seems to be improving as the season moves a long. You need to take emotions out and forget Roddy White.
I'd be worried about Fred Taylor taking every actual run rep in the next few weeks. They would have put him on the PUP if they were that confident in BGE and Woodwhatever. But, Fragile Fred, is,well...fragile. Pick up Keilland Williams for the Redskins if you can. Shanny is in NO rush to get Portis back in the lineup and Torain isn't practicing this week. Williams is a serviceable RB for sure the next couple weeks if not longer
not trying to hijack your thread, but everybody should run to pick up Vincent Jackson if he is available. He'll be back next week, and it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he freaks out.
I declined the trade. I was trying to get him down to a 1-for-1 deal but he wasnt interested.

i won't be surprised at all. Rivers doesn't have too many options to throw to, and he LOVES V-Jax near the redzone. I still don't know why the Chargers didn't take a chance on Moss.
