7-7 with 4:42 remaining in the 1st. CMU was unable to take advantage of a Navy fumble, then Navy marched 75 yards to paydirt. CMU just answered on a Radcliffe - Blackburn TD. 02-13-banana

Navy's starting QB is out due to the lingering effects from a concussion. Hope that's enough to offset the multiple injuries on CMU's defense...
24-21 CMU at the half. Yes that means we actually made a FG!

BTW, Nick Bellore is out for the first time this season. Apparently, a WMU player tried to rip his lip off last week, resulting in 16 stitches. 01-lauramac2

I never thought anybody would take it literally when I yelled "rip his lips off!" last week.

I didn't know a human could actually do that. Chimpanzees, yes.
Navy up 38-31 late in 4th qtr.
Final: Navy 38, CMU 37. CMU disdained the onside kick and stopped Navy on downs, then put together a beautiful 80yd drive. We went for two and couldn't get it, but I love the fact that CMU's players came to play today, despite the record and a plethora of injuries.
Heartbreaker for CMU. 80 yard drive in less than a minute to score, but couldn't convert the 2 pt conversion for the win.
