Belmont faces Northern State in exhibition play tonight on ESPNU. Oddly enough the game is the Don Meyer Classic honoring the legendary former DLU coach at Belmont. He has an inspiring story if you don't know it. About the game, Northern State is a good DII team. They've been competitive with Oklahoma and Creighton in exhibition play, and I understand that they led Oklahoma for the majority of the game. Good chance to check out the competition tonight.

Nice exposure for the Bruins. They should have just made it a regular season game though if it was gonna be televised and all.

Our next game is on ESPNU as well against Tennessee. That is the Tennessee who lost to a DII team last night by 15.
