lmao, i saw that.
The only way to get 20 000+, might be to hand out free tickets to tailgaters.
If students fill the east side will they allow them into the west side?

Me too...it's pretty cool how he interacts with bleeds, 7 and other Huskie fans when they bring up the Huskies...it's a nice sidebar from him hollerin' at the ladies all the time in his tweets---can't blame a man!
Probably yes. But let us be realistic. NIU has 25000 students with thousands on satellite campus.
Thousands more will be in classes tonight, and thousands more would have attended classes and might not have enough time to get ready for the game.
The odds of student showing up for even a quarter to fill the East side and then the West on a Tuesday night is very unlikely. I will be very impressed and excited should that occur.

sterling1man, I would guess maybe 5% of main campus students are in class after 6 pm on a Tuesday night. I'll say 90% of students have a class on Tuesday and are done with class by 5 pm. Andy maybe 5% of students don't have any classes on Tuesday with heavy M/W/F schedules. But I'll be conservative and say 10% are in class after 6 pm on Tuesday. Certainly the satellite campuses have classes for working professionals, and they won't be coming - so let's rule out 5,000 students. So let's estimate the main campus enrollment is 20,000. Subtracting 10% leaves ~18,000 students who won't be in class. So all the talk about so many students being in class during the game doesn't hold - the game is at 6 pm, not 10 am.

How realistic is it to get 14000 students of the 18000 at the game tonight? That is nearly 8/10 students.
Many will watch on TV as they can drink that way.
Are even 80% of NIU students interested in FB?
The only way is for students to invite friends and family so that way we can use a multiplier effect. If each student brings a friend, you only need 7000 to get 14000. 7000/18000 is a more realistic stat than 14000/18000. If each band member gets 2-3 tickets instead of one, that will also help.
How many tickets does each player get?
No one should be turned away tonight. If the east side fills, they gotta put the extra students on the west side.

Haha Wolfe's twitter is something else. Not saying it's bad, it's just not what you expect from him. He's awesome, though.

Speaking of this, when are we going to start retiring numbers? Sorry the lame halftime cermony when you are inducted into the HOF won't cut it for Wolfe and Turner.
