Anybody with some experience looking for work? This would be a primarily (99%) phone support role for 70 + retail locations (call volume is currently estimated at about 25-30 calls per week...but it is retail, so that can vary...and I'm starting my first full week this week, so I'll have a better idea soon...lol) there will be other stuff to do like preparing PC's to go to the stores, supporting PC's in the office, wiring, etc....100% Windows Environment; office is Windows 7, stores are XP. Again, this is mostly a help desk environment.
Store hours are from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, and 10-6 on Saturday...In my idea world, person would work from 10a-7p M-F, and we'd alternate the on call phone on Saturday (apparently, VERY low call volume)...oh, and 2 of the 75 or so stores are open on Sunday...but I don't think they've ever gotten a call.
Job is in Hernando, MS...will likely pay in the 10-15 per hour range (haven't really set a salary yet)...Looking for someone VERY quickly.
