A lot of people just looking at results don't realize that Zahn is very talented and SHOULD be a good kicker. His mistakes are fairly simple to fix, but either someone is not telling him how to fix them, or a lot of people are telling him the wrong things, or he's stubborn and refuses to listen, or there's a combination of these things.
I wish I could coach him up for just one day.
