This will be the Jags first road game.

3:00pm
USA 8, EWC 0, 13:03 1st Q
USA 15, EWC 0, 7:53 1st Q
USA 29, EWC 0, 2:11 1st Q
USA 36, EWC 0, 14:11 2nd Q

I'm done! I think I'll just post the HALF & FINAL.
USA now leads 43-0. We've got a smattering of 3rd stringers in the game and it's not even halftime yet. This team is on the schedule next year as well.
Exactly as would be expected when a scholarship team plays what is basically a HS team. Probably with a little less commitment to the game than most HS teams, too.

Maybe USA can start their 3rd stringers next year!

Wouldn't be surprised if we bought that game out. This is just not fair to Edward Waters. We've had some stupid penalties, dropped passes, and other mental mistakes, but they still can't move the ball against us or stop us.
Our 7th string running back just scored. 57-0 USA early in the 4th.
USA 64, EWC 0, FINAL

I was thinking the same thing!
Nice win over Edward Waters Financial group. I'm sure the 4563 people in attendance enjoyed that game.

Most of that crowd (all but about 200) were USA fans that drove to Dothan. You know they must love the team to go to to Boll Weevil Capital.
Thankfully, these lack-of-competition-games are finally coming to an end. Now we can look forward to playing teams that have some players on the other side of the ball. Only good thing is that everyone gets into the game and gain some experience. Hope that next year's game will be bought out with EWC. Wish the athletic department would waste no time getting busy on finding a replacement.

i agree - y'll should have left this one off your sechedule and just made this a jv or practice game. Backing up a nice win over Nichols with this really doesnt make much sense to me.
Surely there is a Division 1-AA or Division II team out there in college football land that are available on October 29, 2011 that is available for USA to play instead of an almost non-existant NAIA team.

We've called the SWAC schools, but our available dates wouldn't work with anything they had open.
