Illinois' receivers only caught six passes, and they still managed to win, so I am not yet ready to add this game to the Huskie win column.
I think we have a real good chance against them before this even happened. I smell the blood. We are getting better and better as the season goes.
We still have to stop the run, establish our running game, and make less mistakes.
No stupid penalties and no horrible fumbles and we'll be fine. Their passing game isn't a concern, and wasn't before this, it's our mistakes that I'd be worried about.
Making our FGs and XPs wouldn't hurt.
Sounds like Brewster is a good coach that will not let the inmates run the asylym.
Be wary of any blood smelled online. It just may be that of smaller Huskie linemen vrs larger BT linemen. ...and that is my translation of a Killism remark.
NEVER DOUBTED YOU GUYS--CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Brewster showed yesterday he was a pretty crappy coach.

There's a 90% chance he's gone after this year.
Man O Man was I ever wrong to underestimate NIU O and D lines vrs the bigger Goofers.
Brewster is awful.. our coach isn't great by any means, but Brewster takes bad coaching to the next level. I don't know how that guy has a job in the Big 10.
how many bowl games has MN played under Brewster compared to his most immediate predecessors?

They've played in the Insight bowl twice and lost both times. He is 15-27 overall and 6-18 in the Big Ten. Glen Mason was the Minnesota head coach before Brewster and took them to 7 bowl games in 10 seasons, going 3-4 in those games. He got fired after blowing a 38-7 third quarter lead against Texas Tech in the Insight Bowl.
Cybes, this is his fourth year. He has his players in place now. And the team is truly awful, that says all you need to say about Brewster. The fans chanted Fire Brewster repeatedly for a reason.
