Congratulations! Found out what it is yet? Is it your 1st, 2nd, 28th?

We're having our second in January...so that'll be two new lil Tiger fans in January. The benefit of January is having an excuse to lounge around and watch basketball...but from the comfort of your couch.
congrats!
Congratulations!
Congrats! My little Tiger was born 10 months ago....I can't believe he's almost a year old. People will tell you this over and over, but seriously, it's going to FLY by.

Not having any siblings or other kids, I had it in my head that they stay in "baby" stage for practically the first year of their life. NOT TRUE. After 3 months, the days of them sleeping on you and being cuddle-bugs may pass, so savor every minute of that!

Very true. My son is 18 months old (time does fly)...and the days of lying on the couch while he sleeps on my chest are long gone. He now has three speeds...eat, sleep, and go.
Just another congrats other than the one on fb....I'm so excited for you two !!

Congratulations! Our lil one is a girl, and it is our 1st child. She already has her daddy completely wrapped around her lil pinky.

I heard that.
Thank you everyone! This is our 1st, so any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated. It took us 13 years to achieve our dream of a lil one, and we are and will always be so grateful for every moment.

Btw, any suggestions on how to handle being big as a barrel pregnant and navigating the Forum's seating? Our tix are on the front row downstairs. My hub is nervous about me navigating the steps down to our seats.

Thank you, again!
Walk behind your husband going down the stairs and in front of him up the stairs. That way, it's his job to stabilize you.

My advice...use the nursery in the hospital. You'll feel awful doing it, but get over it...seriously. If you have a c-section, DEFINITELY use the nursery. There are plenty of nights to NOT sleep ahead of you. Enjoy the rare opportunity to have someone else manage the night time schedule. They will bring her back for feedings, if you request it.

Other than that, I would say it's hard at first and gets easier. Once they start becoming "aware" of the world, you'll be left in amazement at the changes and how just a little smile will make the fussy periods seem not so bad.
Great news! Congrats!
Congrats!!!
AWESOME! Congrats!

Send me your ticket. You should be at home getting some well deserved rest. I'm just looking out for your welfare.
Sounds like SOMEbody's been doin' the devil's business, H.I....
You gotta get 'em dip-tet boosters yearly or else they'll develop lockjaw and night vision

Gotta be another fur baby. Is it going to be a puppy or a kitten?

Just kidding!!! I know y'all will be great parents, and I look forward to seeing you and the new addition at Tiger basketball this season. I will share this news with the wife, too.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

KRB - Thank you for the offer, but our nephew will be the recipient of our tickets when me and/or the hub can't go. I know you out of the goodness of your heart were just looking out for our welfare. *wink*wink*

Covingtontiger - You know that is the #1 question we get, when we tell people we are having a new lil one. I guess that is what we get when it takes 13 years to get here, and we have our own lil rescue animal shelter of fur babies at home. Thank you!
Congrats! Is it a good time to have a little Tiger or what??!!!

Y'all are double cool to have the rescued fur babies, too. This child is going to be raised right!

My only suggestion is take lots and lots of pictures and videos. Oh, and ignore those folks without children who try to criticize your childraising. You will do just fine.
