Before anyone jumps on Oldman for being harsh towards FishBoy's family, it's obvious that FishBoy has been brainwashed, which leads a normal person to make assumptions about his upbringing, i.e. parents.

Fish's claim that being a defense attorney is one of the most punishing jobs out there right now shows his youth and ignorance.
There are a many questions I would ask Fish and I will start with these:
How do you claim to know Dutch's daughter Savannah and still stand by Coleman? Do you have the stones to tell her what you think? If not, I can get word to her very quickly.
How do you respect a man that claimed that NOBODY would care if he died? What does that say of him as husband, a father, and a friend?
At Dutch's wake one of the guards stated that the crowd was the largest since Elvis' service. (I repeat, what does that say of Dutch as a husband, father, and friend?) How many will show up to Coleman's funeral, which he can arrange quickly with his dining utensils if he really wanted to? Do you stand by his wife as well? How do you feel about her saying to Colt, "F him, I hope he dies?" Ironic that Coleman will likely die in prison for "defending" that lowlife P.O.S.
