The sports fan in me says Wall > Wittles
But the Sun Belt fan in me wants to vote for Garrett...

I voted for Garrett. Great basketball players come every year, but how many baseball players can say they had a hit in every game in a season.

I voted for Garrett. Great basketball players come every year, but how many baseball players can say they had a hit in every game in a season.
True enough, however, the category is actually best male college athlete, not best male college athlete performance. If it were best performance, IMO, the hitting streak wins hands down, but as it is best athlete...it's hard to argue against Wall.
If you are having a hard time choosing between Wall or Wittles just ask yourself , Who really was a "college" athlete ? Anyone want to guess how many classes Wall actually attended or how he was persuaded to UK ??
Wittles gets my vote !
