That gateway is great, IMO. I have only been there once but I would go back if I still lived up there. I went with a screw in my tire to get a patch. That would be what, $10 or so? They got me in and out in 15 minutes. The manager asked "have you ever done business with us before?" to which I replied "the one in Bartlett, but never here". He said "thank you for your business with us today, no need to pay for it." and I was on my way. I know it was only a patch, but that is rare to find IMO.
The Gateway here in Olive Branch sucks.....not only are they Ole Miss lovers but they used to patch and really help you out of a bind for free...now they charge you something for just walking in their door. They are right down the road from my office and no one here uses them anymore. They told my plant manager they no longer do anything for free anymore....he told them he will take his business elsewhere. They said...but come back and let's talk about this.....he said bye. Now, remember he has used them for years and years and has bought from them , as we all have here, lots of tires. No more....
I don't blame them for not doing freebies, but if I had a customer that bought all these tires for hundreds and hundreds a pop, I'd patch them for free. Better to lose $10 and gain $600, IMO...and in everyones opinion.

JiffyLube put the wrong oil filter on my car, the oil drained out, and I am lucky I didn't blow an engine. They refunded my money, but still....I won't let them touch my car again.

I asked my dealer ~ let's just say I have a Toyota I get serviced on the east side ~ to rotate my tires. They notated my invoice that I needed new tires, didn't rotate them, and sent me home, without telling me. Always check your invoice before leaving to read what they did. I did not need new tires.

Gateway by East High School is my choice. They are owned by an Ole Miss guy, but they are very friendly to Tiger fans. Have a Tiger banner in their office.

when I worked at Busters I always went there. Now Im out east and need something a little closer. Otherwise I would have been back at Gateway.

There is a Gateway up on Highway 64 near Houston Levee/Canada Road.
I have had no problems with the Gateways I have dealt with. I've used the one in Cordova, and in Bartlett on Kirby Whitten.

I had a friend whose car had a flat between your place and that Gateway. Took the car in there and told them the tire we wanted. They suggested another one. We said no. They put that tire on there anyway and never said a word about it. I complained to the main office in Jackson, MS, and they were made to kiss our butts.
