One of Metal's greats is gone at 67. Very sad day for all Metalheads.
Very sad to hear, even though I'm not a particular fan of his work. I am proud that he attended UB way back when.

Yep, he attended UB from 1960-61.
Metal Horns in the air...
What a weirdo.
Dio albums were a milk crate staple during my mid-to-late 80's college years. I'll miss him. It is because of him that we have this: 04-rock

Agree. Dio thought Miami should be invited to CUSA ahead of OU and advocated, from his metal-god bullypulpit, that MTSU and Western Kentucky should be in the Eastern division of the reformulated MAC while Akron should be in the North. What a loon!

And wasn't it Dio who was on the fore front of advocating that Southern Illinois join the MAC (even though they are not even FBS/Div1a) so that the MAC could become a 16 team "super conference" with 4 divisions of 4 teams each?

Strange character indeed... 03-lmfao

Dio thinks all MAC programs are a graveyard.

Not so, I say to Dio!

Mullettheads.
Ronnie James thought the MAC was a Rainbow in the Dark.
I think it's the law in.....37 states..... that when "Rainbow in the Dark" is played you have to crank it....
